Welcome to Auburn's Online Payment System
For the convenience of its residents, the City of Auburn offers online utility bill payment for gas, water, and sewer services. This enables residents to pay their monthly utility bill online with a major credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover).
Checks must be written and brought to the city office during working hours or placed in the drop box after hours. Also, individuals can still work directly with their financial institution to have a check written from their account and sent to the city office directly.
Important Note: Utility bill payments are due on or before the end of each month. The utility payments are considered "late" at 12:01 a.m. on the 1st of each month and are subject to a 10% late fee. This is regardless of the method of payment. Payments made online after 12:00 a.m. on the 1st of each month are late and will be assessed a penalty.
The SHUT OFF DATE for any resident who fails to remit a timely payment will result in utilities being turned off on the 10TH OF EACH MONTH (all payments must be received by midnight on the 9th in order to avoid shut off on the 10th). If the 10TH should fall on a weekend or holiday, the shut off date will be the next business day following the weekend or holiday.
Shut Off Policy: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN THE DROPBOX BY MIDNIGHT ON THE 9TH BECAUSE SHUT OFF WILL BEGIN AT 7:30 AM ON THE 10TH.

If this is your first time visiting, you will need to have your utility bill available while you create a new user account. A hard copy of your utility bill will allow you to provide your account ID number and your property location exactly as the city has it listed for billing purposes.
